All Safe Consulting, Inc offers expert testimony and consultation for the legal profession, specializing in
1) safety of machinery,
2) safety of engineered industrial equipment, and
3) design of working surfaces.

We conduct forensic and safety engineering analysis, which typically includes accident investigation, accident reconstruction, risk and hazard evaluation, and human factors/ergonomics evaluation.  

By means of these disciplines, we strive to discover and fully understand why and how an accident occurred, IE, to identify the root cause(s).  The root cause of an accident typically involves findings or conclusions about human factors and safety aspects of products liability, failure to warn, safe use, misuse, reasonable conduct, standards of care, risk to benefit ratio, instructions and warnings, safety management, product reliability, defects, environmental conditions, user expectations, and/or compliance with standards and regulations.

The principal of All Safe Consulting, Inc has provided such services to industry, insurance companies, government agencies and law firms since 1980. Kaz Darzinskis has qualified as an expert in Federal and State courts in 17 states and his experience exceeds 100 cases.

He has been and is an active participating member on several ANSI and ISO committees that develop safety standards for particular kinds of machines and therefore has current familiarity with the state of the art for safeguarding industrial machinery.

We also offer the expertise to evaluate slip and fall cases and to perform testing of working surfaces as necessary to make a complete evaluation, both in the field and in the lab. Typical surfaces requiring coefficient of friction testing include factory floors, machine platforms and catwalks, steps, and ladders, kitchen floors, and building entrances.
